How Long We Keep Your Data

Client and contract data - kept for 6 years after the end of a contract, as required by law.

Payment records - kept for 6 years, as required by HMRC.
Website analytics data - kept for up to 14 months, in line with Google Analytics settings.

Service delivery - we need your details to deliver the services you have asked us to provide.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe is a secure, PCI DSS-compliant service provider. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.
